Non-Defective Product Return Process:
In order to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling the Sales or Service Department at 409-960-9664.
Deep Glow / LED Accent's products include a one-year limited warranty that guarantees replacement or repair for any manufacturer’s defects at no additional cost. Non-defective products may be returned in saleable condition within 30 days for any reason, but may be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges.
No returns are accepted after 1 year from the date of purchase. However, if your Deep Glow / LED Accent product needs service, we are happy to help and our products are designed to be easily serviced at a reasonable cost.
Deep Glow / LED Accent can issue a Return Shipping Label for non-defective product return. All non-defective products that are returned with our prepaid shipping label will have a shipping cost deducted from the amount of the credit.
Please ensure that the product returned securely in the original packaging with sufficient packing material. Deep Glow / LED Accent is not liable for damage caused during shipment back to us.

Returns are not accepted after 1 year from the date of purchase, however we are happy to assist with replacement or repair and charges may apply.
